I don't remember going onto a torrent site to download my own photographs! They weren't illegally obtained.

They were illegally obtained by the fact that you didn't have permission from NWR to take them on their property, and you didn't even have permission to be there!

So you had permission to enter Network Rails tunnel then?

I'm sure if they cared so much then the tunnel entrances would be locked, of course people both vandals and some interested enthusiasts are expected to take the inviting opportunity to go down there and to be honest I'm much happier people going down there to photograph rather than vandalise, if Gavelex or Bengley were worried about getting prosecuted than they wouldn't have posted the photos, i doubt they will be though as I'm sure that Network Rail has higher priorities like stopping trespassers on a real running railway rather than one which hasn't seen trains for nearly three and a half years :)

He is showing how clever he is at copying what other people have done:D

What absolute rubbish!

When you posted your pictures immediately after he posted his here, what message were YOU trying to send?

'I got there first' perhaps?

Sorry, no medals for that!

Also, a bit of a juvenile attitude methinks, especially as you too are now in the same boat as the other guy on all the legality issued raised here.

For goodness sake, give it a rest.

You do like starting arguments don't you...

http://www.flickr.com/photos/jpg-photography/sets/72157623223246126/ - taken between 16 Jan 2010 & 30 Jan 2010, long before this thread was started. Not such absolute rubbish.

Yes, I did get there first - and was asked by Ben on MSN how to get in... I do recall offering to take him, but before we had aranged a date he decided to go down himself.

When I saw he posted this, I had a word with him on MSN asking him to take it down as Network Rail "bigwigs" read this forum, and an admin told me it was likely at least one would see this thread but got met with a load of abuse, on both occasions. You were involved in one of these discusions on Facebook...

This is irrelevant. You do not own an Urbex Spot just because you've been there.

Well done for the first sensible thing you've said in this post.
