I know the 707's are set to transfer to Southeastern, but what about the other SWR suburban units
The 456's are apparently going to be scrapped they're younger than me I think (some of them built in 1989-90) yet they are scrapping them already and keeping older units in service.
And what about the re-engineered 455's that was meant to keep them in service for at least another 5-10 years and the 458's are barley 20 years old are they going to be scrapped I would like to know.

Not aware of any definite plans (although there are rumours)

One rumour is some retractioned 455s will be shortened to 3 car and go to Southern to replace the 313s on Coastal routes, logically would be those with an ex-class 508 trailer car

Another rumour is the 455s replace the earlier ones on Southern (can the traction packages and bogies with new motors actually be swapped to the Southern units?)

But my guess is most of the remaining 455s are going to be withdrawn. There are hundreds of 1980s EMUs about to become spare in next 2 years.

The 707s may be for South Eastern, but others are potentially interested with ac conversion for short distance commuter services, but as always depends on the rental price vs other stock.

The 455s are no spring chickens, and the 456s are about thirty years old now, so I'm not going to weep any tears if they get scrapped - plenty of stock hasn't lasted as long.

The 455s have served well, but being from the 1980s they're likely to be unwanted by any other operators, especially with third rail operation not being widely used on the UK rail network relatively speaking, so the scrapyard seems most likely for them. 456s are slightly younger but when their 455s partners go a load of 2 car units are not much use to any operator.
The 458s are not as old of course but as a 5 car fleet they're not likely to be of use to Southeastern and don't think Southern will want them either, which might lead to scrapping by default if no-one wants them.

707s might go to SE if the 376s move on, which is another discussion in itself; the 30 x 5 car fleet in question is far too small and of the wrong configuration to replace Networkers.

Long shot. 377s on Southern go for bimode conversion for Uckfield after 171s move to the Midlands.
Newest 455s from SWR move across to Southern to cover for the bimoded 377s (which are taken from metro routes).

Could the 456s move to SE to work branch lines now 466s aren't allowed to run by themselves?

The 707 future has been done to death a number of times. Given the Aventra delays I don't think anything will happen with them until 2021-22 at the earliest.
