58023 seen on an A42 layby today

Anyone got any idea as to where 58023 was heading today.
I saw it Northbound on the A42 about 17.30 in a layby on the back of an Allelys lowloader.

Will it feature on Train Truckers?

It was being moved from Shackerstone to Knighton Junction for rail transfer to UKRL Leicester, 37906 will do the reverse journey

As for Train Truckers, they'll have to work on some made up excitement and a pretend race against the clock before it gets onto that rubbish show

Is there plans for 37906 and 58023 to be returned to mainline standards or just for running on preserved railways?

Off topic but Train Truckers was interesting once or twice but they go on and on about loading and unloading and the bit that us mortals find interesting (like how they actually drive those huge lorries, plan routes and so on. Add in the music, daft commentary and the need for jeopardy as time pressure (someone must have told them that is the key to reality TV).

What is the state of the poor old 58s?

Alright it may not be aimed at the Preservation - Heritage - Professional market, but all publicity is better than none.
