Network rail invite to assesment 2 pending

Ive recently applied for an operative role with network rail and the application status has changed to "invite to assessment 2 pending" what does this mean?

It usually means that you've been selected for an interview (or it does for the Signalling role anyway, I'm assuming that it'll mean the same for all roles).

It was an interview invite . In two weeks. Its a track maintenance position. Any idea what the interview questions will be or any tips?
