London to Dorking - Any Permitted

Is a ticket from London Terminals to Dorking Stations via Any Permitted Route valid via Redhill and Guildford, to/from Dorking Deepdene?

I’m fancying an evening excursion from London along the North Downs Line and intend to travel London - Redhill - Guildford - London, if the above is valid.

Redhill yes, Guildford no.

That's right.

Shalford would work as a destination for the whole route but it's a bit more expensive than a Dorking Stations ticket and you'd need to take a train that stops at Shalford.
