Trainee Driver Assesment

Hello, im new to this forum. I have just found out that I have got through to the assesment stage in my trainee driver application. All I have to get through is the day long assesment, interview and then a medical. lol.
But I would like to ask, if anyone could help me out in what to expect in the assesment??
I know that there is a maths test..But I would like to what is included in the mechanical reasoning and also the reaction tests? Are they all computer based, how long do you get to react to something?
Sorry for all the questions, I just really want to be prepared and the worst thing is the not knowing what to expect.

Hi I am new as well to the site I have say my assessment before the paper they send you can be deceiving it is similar read up on lots of physics books and mechanical books.You could buy the game Bop It it do help.You should try and get some practise in for the famous dots you lose marks for incorrect ones.Hope this helps if you require any more info let's me know and I try and help all the best with the job

Yes indeed, I would normally expect four S's in any assessment!

Hi Fly boy.Now I have read my blog I must admit it do not make complete sense.Any way what I was trying to say is the papers that are sent to you before the assessment( Mechanical)The test paper is easy when you sit that test on the day the questions are a lot harder. Sorry for any confusion.That's why I advised to read up on any Physics and Mechsnical books.Just my advice that's all
