I hear the car was parked on the xing facing the direction of the approaching train, 458023 the lead unit 68723 the front coach, doesnt look too badly damaged considering.
Waterloo crossing is AHB. The next crossing going towards Wokingham, Star Lane Crossing, was AHB until a few years ago when it was upgraded to full barrier CCTV control.
