Beacuse thats whats availble, its not acctually Anglia its owned by someone else (Cargo-D,Riviera,Rail Blue?)

East Anglia didn't have any BSOs, this one was repainted from Virgin to match the TSOs in use, also had the seats changed as well, now that is good painting a coach into an obsolete livery to give a uniform rake, all power to them
