It wasn't I didn't understand the post, I was trying to understand why TfW only mentioned the 153s directly.

TFW are somewhat vague at times and information has to be dragged out of them. The 37s should be entering service in June so seems reasonable to expect that those are the trains referred to.

In June, staff training is taking place at the moment. We have some 153 type of trains coming next week too ^Liv

They will need to have the thick strip of grey that runs along the bottom of the train removed I assume? However, as the livery is pretty similar maybe Transport for Wales will just want them in service as quick as possible.

The sooner they are released from Greater Anglia the better and then Transport for Wales will be relieved of a bit of stress at least

All 5 came over coupled together. It may be that TFW were talking of 3 diagrams rather than the number in the fleet

I don’t need to be told these things. I am aware of how they arrived. The twitter bod said that 3 we’re going into service on Sunday and that one was spare.

The fact that we’ve seen one in a fresh livery and ready to go and this morning two of them still in Canton, seemingly not moved and still in FGW colours probably backs that up.

No, it was as I originally said. Which is why I said it.

Even referencing to the customer that they were single car units.

Next time, I don’t think I’ll bother. Most unpleasant.

Hi Neil, I'll pass your feedback on. We will have 3 extra 153s in service every day from the timetable change and then additional units will be added when they're ready and training has been completed ^Joy
