They usually cancel the xx:15 PAD=CDF & XX:55 CDF-PAD services to cater for the Cheltenham Gold Cup mob.
It's not a permanent thing, just like they'll do it for Glastonbury.

what loco's are on that special they run from euston or vic to cheltenham, normally stables at worcester, while the mob are at races.
Class 67s have been used in the past. Central trains used class 47s and 57s from Birmingham in the past.

I seem to remember that for the Dec meet (Bula) they cleverly deceided to do engineering works that weekend. Nightmare travel to and from the capital.
