Out of curiousity more than anything, is there any long distance freight on the ECML can be hauled by electric locomotives?

Leeds-Felixstowe. Could be if electrification was extended two miles to Stourton yard near Leeds. Would allow electric access to Holbeck depot also.
Wakefield-Felixstowe if Hare Park Junction-Normanton is electrified.
Teesside-Felixstowe if Northallerton-Teesport is electrified. Would help TPE services to Middlesbrough become electric.
Would mean going the long way round via London instead of Ely.
No prospect of electrifying Haughley Jnc-Peterborough this century with this Government and DfT.
I thought NR were wanting ECML freight to use the Lincoln diversion which isn't electrified.

The fact that much freight is expected to use the ‘Joint’ line via Spalding and Lincoln as ever more fast passenger services use the ECML proper is a real killer, at least south of Doncaster.
