The 300/301 leaves all points as per standard timetable, remembering that the 300 service is split into 2 sections. The 301 is running as normal, obviously there will be delays due to the diversion around Dearham and Papcastle bridge.
You would need to ring traveline for departure times from the Barepot side of the footbridge as I don't think any temporary timetables have been published yet.
The evening 301's will run between Whitehaven, Workington, (Diversion), Maryport and Carlisle as per. AFAIK.

Because when the 300 goes to the footbridge from Jan 4th, the only way it can get back to Carlisle is via Seaton as the road between Northside and the footbridge is one way. When LL gets the service back in Feb, I'd say the route will remain the same.

Thanx For That DAO , I Would Still Like To Know If There Is Any Info On The 30 maryport - bearpot bridge like if theres services after 630 pm mon - sat and the times for sundays if possible :D cause i use these services quite alot :)

for timetables of temporary services, you'll have to look at the timetable boards along the route.
as usual, Stagecoach have been totally useless and removed all temporary route timetables from the website. the revised timetables and service changes info for 4th jan were only posted on the Stagecoach website yesterday!

Ahhhhh I should have guessed from you asking about the 300 lol.

yeah i pretty much gave it away there lol , im @ workington nearly everyday , and quite dependant on the 30's running there , and comming bk @ night i need the 301's as the 30's dont run after 630pm ,from the bridge, i come bk most days @ 9.30pm and i seen it up on the boards in workington bus station , that the 300 301 has route changes on the 4th which i have now found out about , but i do wonder that i heard the 300's 301's go to the bridge then threw seaton and run to timetable , what happens to the 301's comming from carisle that go to the bridge then threw seaton bk to carisle , casue then comming bk would mean that the 301 i use comming threw on the diversion from working , would mean that thre'd be 2 from maryport , so i ask is the 301 from carisle would not be doing the maryport to the bridge then threw seaton ,and goes on diversion from maryport as per usual :) if im correct lol . and also me hearing the 30 upgraded evenings and sundays , id like to know if ther'd be any after 630pm from the bridge mon to fri cause comming bk @ 930 is a bit of a journey lol then i walk 1 mile from maryport to home lol . i also heard the 37 got route changes aswel

The following information taken from the Stagecoach website:-

Service Changes in West Cumbria

Timetable changes

From Monday 4th January 2010, Stagecoach will be making a number of changes to bus services in the West Cumbria area, mainly affecting those services operating around Whitehaven and Egremont.

1 Lowca – Parton – Bransty –Whitehaven – Kells

This service is revised to operate between Whitehaven town centre and Lowca only.

• The section of route between Whitehaven and Kells will mostly be replaced by a revised service 2 (details below).
• We will still be operating every 30 minutes, Monday to Saturdays to Lowca.
• The Sunday service will remain unchanged.

Please note that as a result of these changes, the lightly used section of route between Haig Pit and Whitehaven, via High Road, Harbour View and Rosemary Lane will no longer be served. Cumbria County Council are investigating the possibilities of replacing this section of route.

2 Whitehaven – Woodhouse – Greenbank

This service will have a revised route and timetable, to incorporate the busiest part of the section of service 1 to Kells.

• The revised route will be as follows: Existing route from Whitehaven to Ennerdale Terrace, then via High Road, Ravenhill Road, Solway Road, High Road, Rydal Avenue, then normal route to Greenbank terminus.
• From Greenbank, the bus will now operate direct fromWoodhouse Road to Loweswater Avenue, before returning straight back to Whitehaven town centre via the Ginns to Kells Road. As a result, service 2 will no longer serve the small section of route around Fleswick Avenue, Coniston Road and Crummock Avenue.
• Buses will still run every 30 minutes, Monday to Saturday daytimes.

22 Moresby Parks – Whitehaven – Cleator Moor – Cleator – Egremont

This service will have a revised timetable, with fewer journeys operating during Monday to Saturday daytimes. Unfortunately, the financial viability of this service means that we are unable to sustain the present timetable and have had to make these adjustments to better reflect demand.

• There are no changes to the separate evening and Sunday service 22, which is subsidised by Cumbria County Council.

30A Whitehaven – West Lakes Science Park – Bigrigg – Egremont

This service is withdrawn.

The main service 30 timetable, which provides the principal link between Whitehaven and Egremont continues unchanged. As a result of the service 30A cancellation, the very little used section of route around theWest Lakes Science Park will no longer be served. Customers should use the stops on the main A595 road instead.

600 Carlisle – Wigton – Cockermouth – Whitehaven – West Cumberland Hospital

The following journeys (Monday to Fridays) will no longer run, due to lack of usage:

17:55 Whitehaven to Cockermouth
18:45 Cockermouth to Whitehaven

No other journeys are affected.

I hope the new member, Leesters, finds it useful.

they were good, those three. Didn't half shift on the Bypass on the Old X2, and had the benefit of being practically pensioner proof. I'm sure you were higher up on those than the top deck on an Olly!

I loved the Javelins, they were great to drive - nice and high, warm and pretty quick too.

17021 depot bound around dinner time today
21007 I think on the 7 (Marsh)
20795 on a 3 heading for Morecambe Battery
20546 on the 80 for Ingleton

Noticed that 16668 I think has a dodgy LED screen, nearside part is lit brightly but the rest (where the destination is) is very pale, and hard to read and seems to blink as the intermediate points scroll along. This isnt the only bus Ive noticed suffering from this there is another Olympian with a similar fault but has the numbers pale.

Well they didn't last long lol.

Also I thought a B10 on the 3/4 would be a rarity these days with all these spare MANS flying around...

I dont know if the B10M was actually allocated or standing in for a poorly MAN, I didnt see the 12-20 side of the bus station so dont know if there was a dead MAN on that side

Wow 15 year guarantee very good ;)

I'm sure the Javelins were a pain lol they looked clumsy haha.

Yeah they'll be a good reason why a B10 was running around on the 3, as you said maybe a MAN failed :)

Jonesy any idea what's happening with 16664/5?
