Valid Out of Station Interchanges on the London Underground / NR network ?

Could someone confirm if the following are valid OOSIs ? I read a non-TFL document which says that they are but has this been proved in practice ?

Maryleone NR to Baker Street is fine, but don't know about Marylebone LU to Baker Street - I can't think of any reason to do it, so I wouldn't count on it being valid. London Reconnections had the full list sometime in the last year, have a look there and it should confirm or deny.
