Well done mate! Got my day 1 in couple of weeks!
Planning ahead if all goes well, how does day 2 play out? Is it 2 assessment and then the MMI?

Had mine today, went last at around 2.45 and also passed. I don’t think anyone failed. Also waiting for a date for DMI now.

I was the lone female, still shocked at the time spent sorting out pens whilst we were all 'patiently' waiting.... Successful though, so I'll let him off... Lol

Get there early, not 1 minute late. And practise, they give you everything you need to be able to pass the tests in the practise booklet.

They seem to be a bit overwhelmed with applicants right now, I wouldn't worry to much. Just be ready to attend an assessment day within a week (which is what happened to me)

Yeah, was a bit of a joke tbh. He also assessed and passed me, so all is forgiven haha.

I think your spot on.

Completed my DMI questionnaire a week ago was told may take up to 4 weeks to get a date due to amount of applicants.

People still getting Day 1 and 2 so lots of people still in the process!

Also , dots test is paper based?
Is there a dials with arrows coming out , test ?
Would you recommend material I should buy from anywhere about DFFT ?
Trainability test- any idea about passage that I can practice?

Just practice what they have already sent you. That will cover stage 1. Stage 2 if you get there is all computer based so hard to practice that. Saying that, there are cd/roms You can buy from eBay etc.

Guys ive already passed stage 1 with another TOC in sept 17. Is there anyone on here that previously passed and didnt have to resit? Ive emailed to ask but no response. Id like to know so that i dont waste time practicing for assessments i dont need to sit.

Depends on whether or not you passed to an enhanced standard.

It's seems they now hold the stage 2 assessments in Watford, this means they only have the capacity to assess 6 people at a time (I was there on Friday) which I'm assuming isn't really enough to get through all the people waiting. As for email responses, I've emailed MTR and OPC regarding things and have not once received a response, which is terrible really. Patience is the key in all this so it seems....

Thank you for your response. They got back to me and gave me a stage 2 date for 22nd November which I’m a bit surprised as it’s quite some time away.

Last night I received an email inviting me to complete the OTDPQ test, which I have done this morning. Now just got to wait for a date for my DMI. Anyone know how long this may take? Also, any advice for the DMI would be very much appreciated.

Had the same email. It did say on the email due to a large volume of applicants it can take up to 4 weeks to hear anything. I think we may be waiting longer though.

Just received an email to book interview date for dmi, booked for September 28th! Just happened to be doing some revision on Mtr whilst cycling on the bike at the gym when the email came through!
