Who Operates London-Cardiff Megabus Services?

A friend is trying to trace luggage lost on a London-Cardiff Megabus service a few weeks ago but isn't having much luck.

Does anyone have any contact numbers for the depot(s) which operate this service?

IIRC all but one journey are operated by Stagecoach's Cwmbran depot... The exception being the return working operated on their behalf by Mid Wales Travel {the one that starts/ finishes in Aberystwyth}

Some are operated by South Gloucestershire and London .The best place place to check is customer service .They normally keep all the logs .

Specifically, it was the 1700 departure on 16 August.

I'll suggest she contacts South Glos . Where's the London depot?

Patchway in Bristol however I'd have thought that Megabus dealt with this kind of thing centrally as a first point of contact.

Unfortunately shes's getting nowhere with the Megabus customer services, hence this thread.

Fingers crossed. I'll post if the elusive suitcase is found.

The M7 leaves London Victoria at 1630 and there's an M10 departure via Bristol at 1700. On a Thursday, the M7 is operated by Stagecoach's Cwmbran depot, whereas the M10 is operated by South Gloucestershire. I suggest you ask your friend whether the coach operated via Bristol and whether she can remember if it was right or left-hand drive. That'll probably identify exactly which departure she travelled on.

I understand the lost luggage has been found and dropped off at the owner's house by somebody from 'the Bristol depot' (presumably South Glos).
