I can't find the info anywhere but does anyone know if a HST ever traversed the Woodhead Line? It would be great if anyone had the photo proof, or in fact pictures of any other exotica on the line. Thanks.

99.9% certain the answer to this is no. Such a thing would have had photographers all over it, and I've never seen any photos. The passenger service ended in 1970, and although there were fairly regular diversions over the line after that, HSTs didn't operate on the services that got diverted. Railtours over Woodhead almost always made use of the 76s, as they were the traction that made the line attractive to enthusiasts in the first place.
