Class 56s painted in Railfreight Red Stripe livery?

Hi all,

I'm just wondering if anyone happens to know which Class 56s were ever repainted into the Railfreight 'Red Stripe' livery?

In particular I'm trying to establish is any of 074/075, 077 to 080, or 091 to 115 received this particular livery?

Thank you for directing me to this site - there is one on there which is in Red Stripe, and in the number series I'm trying to check - 56108. So that's one I know for definite now.

You should be careful with the info given on the 56 group site, the entry of which is as follows;

As far as can be ascertained, the following ‘Grids’ all carried Railfreight red stripe livery; 56003, 011, 019, 044, 048, 049, 052, 067, 068, 076, 088, 089, 090, 098*, 100, 106, 107 & 108.

*56098, although having never worn the livery during original service with British Rail, did carry it for several years during the loco’s stint in preservation. Still in faded BR Trainload grey following storage by EWS at Immingham, it was repainted at the Northampton & Lamport Railway in December 2006 before finally losing the livery in favour of Load Haul black & orange at Barrow Hill in February 2010.

AFAIK, 56003 & 56106 were never in Red Stripe livery, the former went from blue to plain Trainload grey, whilst the latter went from Large Logo to Trainload Coal.
