if you pass the MMI does this last for three years or would you need to re do this for each TOC?

Technically it will last for 5 years but every TOC has a different time limit on the validity of the OPC tests ranging from 2-5 years. You don't need to to-do it for each TOC :)

Two years mate. But if you do the advanced standard psychometric test, they can last up to 5 years with and depending on the toc you completed the test with. Iv passed mine recently to an enhanced standard, and will last 5 years. But may vary with another toc.

The MMI doesn't have an 'enhanced' pass, it's simply pass or fail. Your results are still valid for 5 years whether you got a national or enhanced pass. But obviously each TOC can specify their own time limits.

To be honest I don't blame you - it's quite confusing to get your head around.

Cheers all!

Is VTEC enhanced or standard?

Standard!
But as I've found out, my pass marks from VTEC reached the enhanced pass for my TOC.
I guess you won't find out until you go through the process at another TOC and they can check your results and tell you if you reach their benchmark.
