That's outrageous! When they try stop people from doing it, and they put on things like this, it makes you just want to head-but a wall in stupidity. The last thing they need are 2000 copycat people to do the same everywhere but on a canvas.

If they were serious about graffiti, they would never allow people to do that.

That's total stupidity! Basically gives graffiti artist idiot's the green light to go carte-blanche everywhere to desicrate rail vehicles! Just cannot understand today's society!
