I've spent a fair bit of time at that bus station when I was younger! In the name of nostaliga, let's take the 07:21 Park and Ride service to Babraham Road Park-and-Ride, arriving at 07:32 Thursday morning.

Never mind. Instead, going back to Mepal, we board the 19:30 Stagecoach East service X9 to Chatteris East Park Street (SE-bound), arriving at 19:39 Wednesday evening.

Just trying to keep things moving, happy to change my moves if required.

Hold! @DanTrainMan185's move is invalid as there is a 19:11 to Ely and a 19:30 to Chatteris.

See my latest edit - I reckon it's best if someone just makes a move from Chatteris now to keep us moving :)

That's fine. Quoted the posts so we're now at Chatteris, East Park Street, 19:30 Wednesday Evening.

Now that's cleared up, we cross the road to the North bound bus stop and await the 19:35 Stagecoach East service X8 to March, Broad Street Arriving there at 19:55 Wednesday evening.

We next board the 1025 First Eastern Counties service Excel (XL) to Swaffham (bus stop opposite the Kings Arms PH on Market Place) that arrives there at 1133 on Wednesday morning.

It doesn't take an hour to get from Dereham to Swaffham? Have you accidentally read the arrival time for the following service?

Many thanks for your attention to detail.

I have now struck-through my last posting.

Don't strike through entirely, there's no need to cancel it altogether, just edit the timing :)

With an arrival time of 1055 into Swaffham, we then board the 1125 First Norfolk & Suffolk 'Excel' service to Kings Lynn (Railway Station), arriving there at 1207 on Wednesday afternoon.

A typical commuter-belt part of north-west England
How do you unstrike an existing strike through?

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

We take the five minute walk to Littleport Street and there board the 1217 Lynx service 34 to Hunstanton (Bus Station) that arrives there at 1310 on Thursday afternoon.

Remove the S in square brackets around the post.

On the reply box use the little button on the top bar furthest to the right. Then in BB Code editor delete the [S.] and [/S] and your post will go back to normal... (without the . in obviously)

Use the + (in the same section as the smilies) and the strikethrough think and it should unstrike it. If that doesn't work try again, it should still be highlighted, and it will have disappeared then if it didn't the first time

General query

The "Call Connect 4S" service that calls at Duddington used to carry a ruling that it must be booked at least two hours in advance of time of travel.

Does this still apply?

Yes, ridiculously.

We walk to the stop outside the Railway Station and join the 06:44 Centrebus R47 service to Duddington, Bus Shelter arriving there at 07:37 on Friday morning

Well assuming we forgot to book two hours in advance, we call and book a place on the 0941 CallConnect service 4S to Stamford (Bus Station), arriving there at 1000 on Friday morning.
