Yep, wise words Lincdsg. My suggestion of using a different email was a straight-out-of-bed one, made before I'd actually engaged my brain :oops:
I guess ultimately you've just got to call/email GA and see what they advise Chanelle25. Good luck!

I made assumption that the SJT would be a part of the application to begin sifting candidates.. then if you pass this then they use your application to see who they want to go to assessment....

Ah. Slightly disheartened now as they will probably still reject me for living in Manchester.. :(

Well I live in Sussex and have applied so we will see what happens. I did mention that I was willing to relocate in my application, and that I didn't mind where.

Yes I did think that! I do not want to spoil my chances of re-applying becauae I was impatient:) will see what happens in few months time.

Yes I did mean apply for the same position. But having thought about it probably best not to and wait to see if any future vacancies arise.

Sorry to be insensitive but how long after completing the SJT did you get the email..? :-/

No not at all insensitive. I received the unsuccessful e mail the same day. As in I completed the SJT in the morning and late evening I git sent the e mail.

Seems as if even if I did the one assessment invite... doomed to receive the rejection email due to the fact people are receiving 3 , 4 and even 5 assessment invites.

Think that is probably just an error on their automatic email reply system or some such. Certainly wouldn't let it put you off or read anything into it mate! Go for it!

I agree, I've applied for another toc before and the same thing happened and if you look at other pages in this forum it seems like a regular thing. We'll only be apply to complete it once so in the same boat as you and everyone else

Just to clarify I didn’t get 4 different invites they were duplicates. Just for 1 test overall.

I sent an email to GA yo ask when or if I could apply this morning....awaiting a reply. Good luck to everyone else!!!

Its only the TFL services that used to be GA, so London Overground Chingford/Enfield Town and Cheshunt services, not the rest of the LO network just to clarify.

Honestly there’s no need, there’s nothing “tricky” in the assessment, it’s just a case of choosing the option that you would do in each of about 19 scenarios. Nowt to catch you out.
