Northern's Scot Rail Trains

I noticed today at Leeds that the Scot Rail 170s and 158s have entered service with some on the Leeds - Nottingham and York - Preston.

How many units are Scot Rail cascading down to Northern?

Will this mean the 144s and 142s are heading for the scrap heap?
