Heavily Damaged HTA Wagon - Onllwyn Branch

Travelled on UK Railtours “Valley of the witch” tour yesterday. Along the Onllwyn branch there was a HTA-type 102t Hopper Wagon off-track in the Cess with very heavy damage at the Onllwyn end.

Wagon had no visible identifying markings.

Can anyone:

1) Identify the Wagon
2) Enlighten me how it came to be in that condition?

It's not 310120 is it? There was a runaway involving some loaded PFA 4 wheel container wagons that ran down the valley into the back of a train of HTAs heading for a power station way back in the early 2000s. The end HTA was the first to get written off

Its 310200, the accident was in August 2003. The PFAs are still in the undergrowth as well.

Oh yeah now i think of it. I seem to remember 310120 was cut up in Tees Yard, the only one I never got
