Headway calculation

Can anyone recommend me about how to calculate the headway of two following train for the mixed traffic operation (intercity, regional, freight) when controlled by ETCS level 2 and ETCS level 3?

You would need some sort of modelling software to do level 3, level 2 is effectively absolute block between marker boards so it will depend on how far apart they are and where you are timing.

Thank you, and how to identify the length of the marker block in ETCS level 2?
