WCRC in Worcester yesterday?

Hi all,

Anyone know what a WCRC 37, WCRC MK1s and what I was sure was 57601 on the rear were doing in Worcester Shrub Hill last night at about 2300?

It delayed us on the 2128 Dorridge to Great Malvern outside Shrub Hill for 17 minutes, even the engine under the 52126 half of 150126 had had enough hanging around, shaking the carriage in an almost-Voyager like style!

Indeed, 760 strummed past the back garden with the Scarborough mobile advert (826?) on the back about 2200 last night and then ECS returned sometime between half 11 and midnight I think, heard it anyway. Most certainly not a 37, had it checked to make sure neither 516 or 676 were out to play or I would have done it for a part leap to Crewe (where a kettle took over) and back on the night, couldn't turn down a 37 through the home shack

Ah, well to be honest at about 2307 it was so dark I couldn't see what it was! Sounded like a 37 to my ears, but to begin with I couldn't tell what the hell was coming, it could have been a 747 for all I knew! That I put down to extreme tiredness though.

Didn't know there was a charter due through! The guy at Worcester said it was going to Tyseley, which I thought was odd but hey.

Not sure where the ECS was going, walk me up circa 0430 going up to Worcester on the morning, well it sounded like stock anyway, so could well have been, doubt it would have run back to Carnforth from Worcester on a Saturday night as no doubt somewhere en route would be dug up.
