Leeds TPE catering trolley record?

Some disruption on Transpennine Express this evening, resulting in 5 (yes 5!) catering trollies on platform 16 at 1825. 2 got on the Liverpool and 2 on the following Manchester Piccadilly.

A record surely?

I've only ever seen two on any one platform at anytime. Were any of these services formed of joined up units? As 2x185s are not walk-through trains, they will have a trolley in each train. Still, must've been an impressive sight for sure.

Seen 2 catering trollies go between Manchester Picc and the airport , they were stationary . Also see 2 on a 3 car 70 on Scotrail and both in use.

Sorry. Saw six trolleys (and six staff) come off a TPE train at Manchester Piccadilly recently.

There were 4 on platform 16 yesterday evening at Leeds - not the overall record, but for Leeds maybe?

I think we may have inadvertently discovered why the "ballroom" on the 185s is as big as it is!

The time and place (about 2013 on Platform 3 at Piccadilly) would suggest the 1853 ex York but there was presumably some disruption on that occasion. It did strike me as odd. I suppose that 'training' might have been another explanation but a bit late in the day for that.

I did not travel on the train. Was waiting for a local Northern service.

I had 3 trollies on a 6 coach 159 a few weeks ago.
