Booked a 175/0 I believe. Goes on to work 1314 Cardiff to Swansea and then 1510 Swansea to Chester.

Think only the 2155 Cardiff to Crewe and 2308 Shrewsbury to Cardiff is booked for a 150.

1V93 0830 Llandudno - Cardiff Central (Monday - Friday)

Does anyone know what is usually allocated to this service and what usually ends up running it? I may be doing the entirety of this journey in April, but I don't want to be on it for the entire journey if it's a 150/2.
158 or 175 is obviously fine.

Thanks

Very reliably a 175/0, have done it many times and I've never seen it as anything else.

Depending on the day of the week it's usually quiet on board, and the run itself is nice none stop Shrewsbury - Newport.

Admittedly I've only used it once-but I got a 158!

On my last trip (a Monday in January) it was a 150.
But it did at least have a trolley.
That is my worry. Whilst it may be booked for a 175, ATW are well known for anything from a 175, 158 or 150 turning up on any Marches route.
Hopefully by April with winter over not so many units would be out needing repairs at the same time.

Are the two 175 carriages still sat in sidings near Chester / Crewe?

I noticed last week one of them (at Chester) had gone, which is encouraging. Can't remember which one.
