Morning all,

Wondering if any of you have had any experience with XC recruitment before?

I applied for a position in September and four weeks ago the outcome on my profile switched from shortlisting to assessment. Since then I haven’t received any email about this and so wrote three times to XC to see when this assessment is/was but I’ve not received a response.

It might be that they haven’t set an assessment yet but I’m worried I’ve missed my chance. Wondering if anyone had had anything similar?

Give them a call it's easy to not reply to an email. If you haven't had an invite you can't of missed your chance. What position is it for?

Unfortunately they don’t have a number on their website, you can only contact them by email which is a bit annoying.

Train manager role advertised in August.
