I also got asked about providing great service despite facing difficulty (instead of working alone) and persevering to learn something (instead of the 2 week course question)

It seems they may regularly rotate the 6 questions from a pool.

I've just got back from the stage 2 opc assessments. I need a glass of something full bodied and smooth...I'll wait till 5.

The computer tests were as expected, quite tough but you can either do them or you can't.

The MMI was not so straightforward. I feel like I answered all the questions well but I have no idea if I did enough. All in all I have given everything to this process and I really don't think I could've done more, so if I am not successful then I have no regrets, it was not meant to be!

Good luck to everyone still to go and thanks to everyone today, you all are great people and I hope to see you all again soon!!

Well, you were less positive about ur dmi and u passed that so i reckon you have done it.

Last time for the one you mentioned earlier I gave one of the worst answers ever for the perseverance question. It was a real off the cuff effort. The woman gave the impression at the time that it was one of the least convincing efforts she'd heard but i'd said all the right things and displayed the right behaviours so passed. Lets hope I get a repeat result this week.

You're right. One of the candidates today came out of the computer tests absolutely convinced they'd failed on the 2 hand coordination test, but we all passed. It's the nature of the process to feel like this, it's tough because it's something I really want!

Wow just found this page, I was worried I had politely been rejected saying I would be allocated a place in the stage 1 in Jan. Feeling better now :)

I hope everyone who sat their stage 2 today found it ok and all did well!

Do you think they will wait for all of the stage 2 assessments to be completed before emailing the outcome at the end or do you think they will do it on a case by case basis when they receive the results form OPC?

Yeah, you always doubt everything during this process! They're doing this all again in Jan so don't panic, they'll need to fill the talent pool again after the march course. Good luck!

I reckon they'll wait till next week and let everyone know at the same time.

Two years ago people were getting phonecalls the morning after. That doesn't appear to be happening this time unless any Tuesday testees got a phonecall this morning.

EMT will get the results as soon as they are available, but it's up to them when they inform you.
As MattVick mentioned, it wouldn't surprise me if they'll wait until all the results are back, before getting back to everyone at the same time. (Mine would probably be Tuesday 12th...ish, as my assessment is on Friday)

Hi everyone,

I’ve not long got back from my Stage 4 today, and I’m quite pleased with how it went. :)

I was told by the assessors that today’s results should be sent to Marie after the weekend. (They were hoping to sort ours today, but didn’t feel they’ll get to Watford in time to sort them.)

So, I reckon we'll all find out together around Tuesday.

as far as I can tell everyone passed the computer testing over the 4 days

if so that is a good result

Yes I agree.

It's the result of the MMI that has me in a constant state of wonderment, then I remember the 96% pass rate and I relax. I then find myself analysing the weakest response to the questions and I'm convinced I've failed at the last hurdle, oh but then the 96% figure pops up again and I'm calm! Haha...this is HORRIBLE!!

This sums up my feelings totally. I completely bombed on question 2. However, I am preying that the skills they are looking for are sought from the interview as a whole rather than just on a question by question basis. Unlike all the other stages, i walked away preparing for the worst and hoping for the best.

So I just received an email...it was from HSBC though, not EMT.

I hope we all hear early this week, everyday is literally dragging on and on!
