thanks for that Timbo. Yeah, now you mention it it was a generator coach, just saw a flash of louvres in cream!.

coming through crewe approx 10.30 last night there looked to be a class 345 stabled near the arriva traincare depot, anyone know which it was?

Hello everyone - sorry to bump these from last week. Hoping I can get them before they drop off the system:

My memory didn't hold a couple of my rides long enough for me to make a record. Can anyone help with both the following on Thursday 16 November 2017:
1J97 0758 Bedford to Elephant & Castle and
2O86 1711 Sutton via Mitcham Junction to Luton

Both would of course have been 8 car 700s...

Any assistance much appreciated as always...

Just arrived at Reading from Didcot. Just outside reading in the depot/yard there is 2 diesel locomotives look like 47's in HER colours any ideas please

I foolishly noted the rear unit 142074, but not the front. I now have an irritating gap so any help hugely appreciated.

Thank you; I waited up for the return and saw it was 73s ( working on diesel judging from the noise ) but couldn't see which one.

The reason I was expecting it to be an MPV was because that's roughly the time one usually comes past here on a de-icing run.
