Hello all
I have a season ticket valid between New Eltham and London Terminals. This is obviously valid via Denmark Hill to Victoria. However I'm not sure whether it would be valid for exiting at Wandsworth Road, as this is now only served by London Overground trains to Clapham Junction.
What are the views of forum members?

Thanks in advance for your help.

London Overground is a normal NR TOC for ticketing purposes, whatever some of the staff believe. There ought to be no problem, other than ticket gates (are there any?) not being programmed to allow it.

I agree with swt_passenger. Furthermore, there are three trains per weekday between Battersea Park and Wandsworth Road (0618 and 2303 from Battersea Park, and 2242 from Wandsworth Road). Journey planners show New Eltham to London tickets as valid on journeys between New Eltham and London Victoria that use those trains. This is confirmation that the OP's ticket is valid on trains that stop at Wandsworth Road and, accordingly, that it is valid for entry/exit there. However, I cannot see that the OP's ticket would be valid for New Eltham-Denmark Hill-Wandsworth Road-Clapham Junction-London Victoria.

The point about LO being part of National Rail is I think a bit of a red herring, as robbob700 says the main service pattern at Wandsworth Road (WWR) changed in December 2012 with the start of LO ELL services to Clapham Junction and withdrawal of the previous Victoria-London Bridge South London Line service.

There is a single weekdays Southeastern service - the 0530 Victoria to Bromley South - that calls at Wandsworth Road (at 0536) and also Clapham High Street (at 0538). However there's no train in the other direction (from WWR to Victoria). However I don't think that single service has any further impact on ticket validities in this area, or does it?

For what it's worth, there are no ticket gates at Wandsworth Road station.
