Thanks for the info everyone, so what do we do if we had an ongoing application before the change to SWR ? I did ring them a couple of weeks ago and they said they would sort it, should I call them again ?

I guess it depends what stage you're at. I was waiting for an interview date for guard and they called me recently to arrange an interview and potential start date if i was still interested. It's the same group of people, in the same place dealing with the same applications so I would just bide your time a bit
