[Stacey]

Hiya, attended the Swanage Gala on the Sunday - whereas some of the day looked as if the clouds spoil the entire day there were patches of nice full sun
Here are my efforts from the day - hope ya enjoy!

Lol, was just last year. I was under the impression however that a 66 would possibly be going to this gala but alas... still I'm well chuffed with the Deltic producing...!!!

[Ferret]

What, you mean that thing I successfully avoided?

It's a good job no 66 produced - my red pen was running out as it was from all the activity it had on Sunday

Nice shots btw Stacey

[Stacey]

Thanks for the comment there
however, yes - you are referring to the Deltic beast you successfully avoided...!
That was my reason for going; had it on the main line but it's just hell!

And... I do believe my red pen produced less than yours on Sunday!! hehe

Some excellent photos Stacey. As you say it was annoyingly cloudy at times on the Sunday.

I visited both Saturday and Sunday, spending most of the time on the lineside.

An excellent gala. My photos can be found in the link below for those interested.
