GTR Second chance or mistake?

Hi all, I applied for GTR trainee train driver vacancies back in March but didn't make it past online assessment. Reason being, I did both assessments instead of only 1, and made a mistake on 1 of them but the other I answered correctly. So I knew I failed before I got the response as I only realised later, I only had to do 1 assessment for both vacancies. Now, I got an email stating...

"We have pleasure in confirming that you have been added to our assessment centre.

Click*here*to automatically launch and begin your assigned exercises.*

Please copy and paste the following URL into your web browsing application if you are unable to launch the exercises via the link".

I will log in and see what it is all about when I get near a pc. Has anyone else encountered this before?

I have just done the tests for gtr and am at dmi stage I dont remember any online tests but I had some previously with gwr and mtr I have seen on other threads didnt you just go through process with mtr mate

Yes I did, but had failed to get past sjt with GTR. Only got this email today..for both vacancies I had applied for and failed to go any further. Not complaining if they are offering me a second chance as I have already passed all stages of assessment centre.

I don't know for sure mate but it will probably be some kind of sjt online so if you done everything else all good what did you fail on mtr mate

Failed on DMI, customer service question. Will log in and see anyway. Was just wondering if anyone ever encountered the same situation.

Haha, exact same happened to me. I'd put It down to an error, a fortunate error at that.

Did you do the test? Someone else got the same thing but not sure if it's from a legit email address. Nothing in my inbox if I log in on GTR website.
