Has megatrain gone?

I was trying to find megatrain fares but all I get now is the revamped megabus website. All previous links now redirect to this, even megatrain.com.

Has megatrain now gone does anyone know?

I just did a search on the new megabus website for London to Southampton and it gave me tickets on the train. So I think that it still exists, it has just been integrated into the normal Megabus booking system.

Edit: The same worked for London to Sheffield.

Integrated is how I'd describe it. Still there, if you search for a route that applies (I just did London to Nottingham) if there are trains it will show trains.

Looking at the FAQs it describes trains as "megatrain.com is offered through Stagecoach Group plc, with train services provided by South West Trains Ltd and East Midlands Trains Ltd"

I see what they've done, thanks. I can understand why they've done it that way but personally I would have preferred to have had the option of just seeing train services.

I see you can get the train services to come up first by selecting "duration of travel".

It's been combined for some years, it isn't a new thing.

It's a liitle too integrated, they don't make it clear that some services are train and not coach as seen when people stand outside Temple Meads rather than going to the platform.

Megatrain on the SWT region will cease from 5th August due to Waterloo upgrade and end of Stagecoach franchise. Only available route would be the Megabus to Portsmouth, Oxford, Birmingham, Manchester & Leeds from outside Southampton Airport station. East Midlands will continue as Megatrain.
