Very very happy this morning!
Seconded!
Mixed here. Thrilled to see Theresa May in jeopardy and support for progressive politics on the up in England and Wales. Really disappointed at the rise of the Tories in Scotland (more so that than the fall in SNP support). Scotland will hand the Conservatives a real possibility of holding onto power with a DUP coalition. They'll probably be able to form a functional majority once you exclude the SF seats.
On a scale of 1-10 on how screwed are we as the public, how bad do you think it is?

Anywhere between 1 and 10 depending on your point of view, I suppose. The trouble is that "the public" doesn't have a single set of interests. If you ask whether it's good for the nation (i.e. the UK overall) the answer has to be surely that a period of uncertainty is not what we need. But that is unarguably at Teresa May's door.
She also made a point that this was a Brexit election. And just like the referendum, the result was quite close and didn't leave a clear picture of what exactly the people want! The whole point of the election, according to TM, was to minimise uncertainty. To create a strong and stable government.
That's worked out brilliantly, hasn't itShe is solely responsible for the uncertain times ahead. The irony is priceless.
Don't blame the public, I think that there were dark forces working here:

It seems that even after the election, nobody has noticed him there on the extreme right.

I wouldn't be surprised to see a new General Election called within the next year.
The DUP is the only party that could form a workable coalition with the Conservatives. The question is: what will their price be?According to sky News the Conservatives are in coalition talks with the DUP.

Lord Buckethead is a political satirist from the United Kingdom. Lord Buckethead has, at various times, run for political office; first against Margaret Thatcher for parliament in Finchley in 1987, and again for Prime Minister against John Major in 1992. On both occasions Lord Buckethead represented the Gremloids frivolous political party. In 2017, the satirist announced his intent to run for office in Maidenhead, opposing Theresa May.
Lord Buckethead claims to be an intergalactic space lord. His name and costume are derived from the 1984 movie Hyperspace (also known as Gremloids, the name of Lord Buckethead's party).
Lord Buckethead ran against then-Conservative Party leader Margaret Thatcher in 1987. He campaigned to demolish Birmingham to make way for a spaceport.Buckethead received 131 votes in the ensuing United Kingdom general election.
In June 2017, Lord Buckethead began to campaign for election in Maidenhead. Lord Buckethead received 249 votes in the ensuing election.
