Hi guys

Presently in an hotel room in Bucharest, two days ago we traveled across Bulgaria from Greece and stopped in Ruse looking for any Bulmarket locos, does anyone have the exact location for the depot and how easy is it to get near??

I can't really answer you question but I just did (yesterday) Bucharest-Ruse-Sofia and was delighted to see an old friend in the shape of 87 013 (John O'Gaunt in BR days) at Ruse.
In fact I saw it 3 times from our train.
It was initially in the freight yards east of Ruse, where the line from the Danube bridge joins the main network.
Then while we wasted an hour in Ruse station for passport control 87 013 passed though westwards light engine, and then we passed it again when it was looped to let us past on the line to Gorna Oryakhovitsa.

Earlier in the week I passed a Floyd 86 at Püspökladany in Hungary.
This is at the junction of the Budapest-Debrecen electric line with the diesel branch to Oradea in Romania.

All three classes of Bulmarket electrics on one train, shame the loco of interest was far inside other junk at this point though.
