You could try looking at http://www.realtimetrains.co.uk/search/advanced
Search for a location (eg Settle) and for a time period, using the Advanced tools
and you get a list like: http://www.realtimetrains.co.uk/search/advanced/SET/2017/06/08/0000-2359?stp=WVS&show=all&order=wtt
from where you can investigate each planned or pathed train.

Welcome to the Forum. I think your best bet would be Freightmaster which provides details of all freight services nationwide. If you go to this site it will you provide you with certain information and links to where you can go to help you through the process. There would be a price to pay.

But if you just want the S&C Realtime Trains as suggested already. Mind you, there are trains on there with paths which may only be activated on occasions and not on a regular basis.

Freightmaster features timetables for Hellifield and Kirkby Stephen
(plus over 100 others!) showing details of all booked freight workings,
including the Arcow stone trains, Chirk timber and Clitheroe cement.
Unlike RTT, my timetables only list the trains which actually run,
along with their usual running days, type of train, operating company,
booked motive power and real (i.e. not scrambled) headcodes.
No other timetable service, free or otherwise, provides this amount
of information/detail about each train.
