Harpenden to Gatwick

I need to travel and return from Harpenden to Gatwick in July.
Need to be at the airport for a 09:25 flight on Monday 31st July, so would look to be there 7ish (ideally)
Need to return after 10:00 on Weds 9th Aug

Two adults , one 6 year old.

For a similar journey next month Ticket split has suggested the direct trains below; priced with a Friends and Family railcard. I chose the earlier train to stay within off peak. Are there likely to be any advances nearer the time or much cheaper options please?

No, there are not likely to be Advances nearer the time as Thameslink do not have Advance fares. I doubt you could do it any cheaper than you have already found.
