Just a shout out for anyone travelling in the Birmingham area, there is currently a lineside fire that has killed the signalling systems in the Landor St area.

Various services disrupted, delayed, diverted and cancelled.

That's not correct...
It is correct that the Solihull route into New St is affected, but nothing has arrived from the Nuneaton direction since 1850 hrs, and trains from the Derby direction are either running via Lichfield or being terminated.

The post I replied to said that only the Solihull route was affected, which is clearly not the case.

NRE Website not showing the Nuneaton route

Further to this, Solihull route quoted as due to fire but other routes shown as cable theft. Are there two separate incidents ?

No same incident, confirmed as Arson, SOCO and Fire Investigtion on site. Depending on what more they find then the incident will be handed back to NR for inspection/ repair work etc.
