Think this is more to do with timetables than the stations themselves...

I was trying to think of a station that isn't a terminus, like London Euston, where every passing train stops but I'm struggling to come up with anything.

Any examples?

If you're thinking of passenger services only, Cardiff Queen Street and Central have all trains calling. (CDQ has one bay platform.)

Guildford has no passenger trains that pass without calling, just the odd ECS and freight.

(Assuming you don't count the odd goods train)
St Helens Central.
Manchester Oxford Road.
Every station on the Merseyrail network apart from New Brighton, West Kirkby, Ellesmere Port, Ormskirk, Kirkby and Southport.
I would guess both of the original posters local stations too, as whilst some trains may terminate there they don't all, and I can't think of any that don't stop*.
---Edit---
*I suppose the Cally Sleeper probably doesn't stop at Wigan.

Shepherds Bush, Kensington Olympia, West Brompton and Salisbury seems to have all services calling.

All stations on the London Underground, DLR and Tramlink networks

Pretty certain Exeter St Davids, Plymouth, Bristol Temple Meads, Swindon and possibly Bristol Parkway are all contenders.

I'd wager Cambridge. I'd also put forward the Northern City Line. I don't think anything goes straight through Drayton Park - Old Street

Apparently Boxing Day Merseyrail services are limited stop, so you're only correct 364 days a year ;)

Hmm not as easy a question as I thought. I was going to say Tottenham Hale and Seven Sisters but then realised a couple of late-night Stansted Expresses pass through them without stopping.

There is at least one train that doesn't stop at Manchester Oxford Road.

I'll add Preston to the list. The Virgin London-Preston-Glasgow service no longer runs so Carlisle can be added too.

Reading could be a contender.

A slight twist to the thread perhaps - excluding those branchlines we've mentioned, what about through stations where everything stops but nothing is booked to terminate? A few of the ones mentioned above aren't terminals, but have a fair few timetabled services that start/terminate there

It isn't, it has a couple (maybe 3 ) of through trains a day

--- old post above --- --- new post below ---

All stations on the London Underground, DLR and Tramlink networks

There are stations on the Met where LU trains are non-stop in the peaks.

There are a couple of stations on the District where SWT passenger services pass through without stopping.

Waterloo East (I remember a sign at Charing Cross saying that all trains stop there).

I'm pretty sure they all stop at Rye in Sussex.

Gatwick Airport ? The Brighton Express used to pass through in NSE days, but I don't think it does now.

I believe you that this is the case for passenger trains now.

It wasn't at one stage in the 1990s. I know this for sure because I unexpectedly ended up in Godalming one evening... :(

Dorchester South/West, Bournemouth, Honiton, Exeter St. Davids/Central, Salisbury and possibly Wareham and Brockenhurst

iirc, Honiton, Dorchester and Maiden Newton have no terminating services.

Was thinking that Partick counted, but then I remembered that the Caledonian Sleeper passes through non-stop in both directions.

All stations on the Springburn branch (Duke Street, Alexandra Parade & Barnhill) of the North Clyde Line count apart from Springburn itself, with two Inverness-Glasgow Queen St services (1T98 & 1T99) passing through non-stop.
