First Glasgow, Caledonia depot, is reportly the largest depot in the UK, being able to hold upto 450 buses.

Olive Grove in Sheffield is very large, it has an allocation of over 230.

London's West Ham can take around 300 buses, overtaking Holloway or Stockwell.

I think London's oldest garage could be Thornton Heath, from 1879.

Alas I do not know when many garages across the country were built.

Wow, that is impressive.

Looking at the arial view of Caledonia depot on Google a signifcant portion of that capacity seems to be open air rather than in a garage building.

How are we defining largest? If we're looking at a garage as a single building (as opposed to a load of tarmac as PeterC points out) then Stockwell is presumably the answer? Europe's largest unsupported roof span at the time of construction - a lot of space in one building.
