Hi everyone,

Firstly apologies if this has been covered elsewhere but I am fairly new to the forum.

I wanted to know what with the final stage interview date looming nearer, what kind of questions will be asked to me?

Any insight would be humbly appreciated

Have a look at the 8 non-technical skills and think of any examples from your work or personal life that demonstrate thesee skills. I personally used the S.T.A.R method to describe each scenario.

The usual interview questions about yourself and your work history are likely to come up.

If you need any more guidance please ask.

Firstly good luck#
Don't arrive on time, arrive early
Have a few question ready to ask t the end when asked " anything you'd like to ask us?"
Interview panel normally a Local Ops Manager (LOM) plus one other taking it in turns to ask questions
Few ice breakers at the start then 7 or 8 specific
It is all about YOU not how many levers the box has or who made the NX buttons or which route is available from position light 123
Listen very carefully to what is being asked
shine your shoes and lay out what you are wearing the night before then relax.
(If travelling by rail to interview allow plenty of extra time!)
Be confident, positive attitude, speak clearly but really really important to Listen to what is being asked

Can one show me where the 8 non technical areas are located? I cannot see it in the handbook that was sent to me.
