I've been given a 3 month temporary contract as a CSA (on board) with virgin east coast. And i was wondering if anyone knows the possibility of them offering me a permanent contract considering how well I do in the 3 months. Or do they just need extra staff over the Christmas period or whatever?

Yes if anyone has any information about this area i'd be very gateful
Sorry i'm very new to all this

The CSA onboard job is going through a rather painstaking restructuring at the moment which included a strike a while back. Easier to keep you on a temporary contract until the restructuring has finished and then they will know how many crew they will need at each depot.

Ah thanks for your reply! Do you know the the purpose of the restructuring. Guessing it's to cut crew and therefore save Money?
