I never would have got that without the additional clue, I assumed it was pronounced Miln-garvey.

Desperation seems to become the name of the game. I have two, truly desperate, ideas. The first would seem to founder on the station concerned being in the Irish Republic; and being on a line which was abandoned 60+ years ago. For the other: I suggest Cheltenham Spa. Six letters in the middle are an anagram of hetman: historical term meaning a military commander, in various parts of Eastern Europe. For the rest: Chel sounds quite like shell the person concerned, going into their shell to hide away; and Spa S.P.A., short for share purchase agreement you want to get all the legalities right about your hidey-hole: to be sure that its truly your own, and no-one is in a position to take it off you.
