An agaidh Mhor (not sure if I've spelt it correctly) is Aviemore.

Cathair na Mart looks like chair of something, like Welsh Cadair Idris. Wouldn't be Cathcart, would it?

Sorry, I've only just discovered this thread and I see An Aghaid Mor was answered.
Inbhir Pheofharain doesn't seem to have been solved. I think it's Dingwall because it's always puzzled me. Maybe the river there is the Peofharain, which would fit with Strathpeffer being the valley of the Peofharain.

If Cathcart is correct, a bit easier might be Sraid GhilleMhoire Phaislig.
