Westbury to Exeter Riverside - 31/5

Took my son out to Severn Tunnel Junction and Newport yesterday (31st May) for a great days spotting (and sunburn), however missed this one as we passed it going up.
684O 0527 Westbury Down T.C. to Exeter Riverside N.Y.
Anyone know what was pulling it, also does any one know the identity of the grey 08 at Barton Hill. All answers very gratefully received.

Thanks Steve, It went past us in Whiteball Tunnel.
That means we saw an 08, a 31, two 37's, a 59, four 60's a dozen or so 66's and a 67. A very respectable days haul.
