It isn't CT, there'd be an escalator at the end of the platform, and the architecture's all wrong.
E&C and Streatham suggests we're in London or the general area, lack of third rail says we're looking at a line with OHLE, or diesel (GOBLIN?).
But was the photo taken in a tunnel, or at night? Hmmm.

It looks like there is a third rail to me? Hadn't considered it might be a bridge disguised as a tunnel by night time though...

Could be Streatham Common then? Or one of the nearby stations...

Nothing has been disquised, and there is no trick of the light, other than it hasn't been taken in daylight..
E&C/St.Reatham are closer guesses to this location, against the suggestions of Redcar/Darlington...
