There are many more 142s you haven't mentioned. What about in the North East. If you look back through the thread you will see much of everything you've left out.

Newcastle-MetroCentre shuttle, but is it only in evenings when it operates?

Nope runs Hourly all day supplementing the Hexham, the Carlisle/Glasgow Central Service, and Morpeth service Its also the only one of the four to stop at Dunston.
All services are booked 142s however 156s can appear on occasions.

The Hexham, Morpeth and Metrocentre Services are timed for 142s but atleast 1 diagram on a good day can through up a 156 but on a bad day there can be more than just 1 156.

The Durham Coast line ( Middlesbourgh/ Nunthorpe ) is booked 142s for every service apart from peak services out of Newcastle Central at 1700 and 1730 ( Which is a 156 )

The Carlisle Line is all 156s apart from 3 services ( one in the morning ) ( 2 evening ) and 3 services extend/come from Glasgow Central and are Abellio Scotrail 156s. On the Northern side of things there's been a handful of 158s on recently so keep a out for them though don't build your hopes up for one.

Bishop Auckland/Darlington - Saltburn is all 142s

Middlesbourgh - Whitby Should be 156s though a 142 can creep up and even for a Pacer loving person like me that's not advised to do if there's 142 on.

Theres 1 or 2? very early morning runs from Saltburn to Newcastle Central via Darlington and ECML but anything is chucked on there so could also be a 156.
Theres also a late evening service down the ECML to Darlo which then forms ECS to York and I believe it is worked by York Crews and so absolute anything can turn up if a Yorkshire unit is at Heaton for TLC. Though I may be wrong on this one.

You should really say "Those routes all have 142 diagrams" as most if not all of them have Sprinters operating alongside 142s.

Should all be 150s and 156s but that doesn't mean a 142 won't occasionally appear.

No. ATW work this line and wouldn't be able to get them to and from Depot at Cardiff due route availability restrictions. They did work the line in FNW days.
If they did somebody would have mentioned them earlier in the thread the topic of which refers to Northern Pacers and not ATW.

Yeah, we sadly get a decent number on the Warrington and Oxford Road stoppers.

That doesn't seem right. I'm sure that 156s usually crop up throughout the day, although they're certainly less common than the ubiquitous 142s.

I was on a 150 down to Rose Hill Marple one Saturday last month. Granted that most of those services seem to be pairs of 142s during the week, however.
