Here we change operators and board the 0920 Stagecoach South service 17 to Littleworth (Mill Lane) that arrives there at 0945 on Saturday morning.
We then board the 1840 Stagecoach South service 700 to Littlehampton (Anchor Springs), arriving there at 2020 on Saturday evening.
That service seems to only go as far as Flansham Park, the one from Chichester gets to Littlehampton at 2020 https://tiscon-maps-stagecoachbus.s...th/Coastliner 700/Coastliner 700 web file.pdf
Page 17 shows the fact that it is two separate journeys
What's happened guys?!
Having seen what the situation is with onward train journeys at this time on a Sunday morning, but having no idea whatsoever with regards to any bus or coach services at that time, I did not want to make a posting, only to be "shot down in flames" when it was proved to be wrong.
Could you summarise this Paul. I'm not quite sure what you mean?
A reminder that this was the last move.We then board the 0106 SWT service 2P79 to Havant, arriving there at 0121 in the early hours of Sunday morning.
We then board the 0840 Island Line Ryde Pier Head-Shanklin, going as far as Smallbrook Junction.
Gameplay
The Aim of the game is to travel around the country using public transport in a pseudo-realistic fashion. To play, you must depart from the station or stop where the previous post arrived using a permitted timetabled public transport service. Having arrived at the destination, the minimum connection time for the station or stop must be allowed for. Where this is not published, a minimum interchange time is considered to be five minutes. In your post you should clearly state the time your service departs, the company who's service you are using and the time and day of arrival at your chosen destination.
Additional Notes
- If arriving by bus or coach then you should name the area in addition to the stop name.
- If a move is discovered to be incorrect then the original post should be struck through and the correction made as a new post.
- Should the previous move leave you at a the end of a route for which there are no services timetabled to depart from then you may walk to the nearest stop where services are available.
- So the game remains realistic, you should use the current timetable for the relevant day not including timetable variations for engineering works.
The other slight problem with this move is there is no 0840 train from Ryde Pier Head on Sunday mornings. We then board the 0840 Island Line Ryde Pier Head-Shanklin, going as far as Smallbrook Junction.
